Cannot Edit Item Quantity in Subscription Order

Overview

You are unable to change the number of items in an order that is a part of a subscription as the Quantity field is not editable.

This feature is working as designed - the Subscription business rules prevent changing the price or quantity of items in orders for an ongoing subscription.

Solution

As a workaround, you can:

1. Cancel the current order.
2. Create a new order for the user with the required number of items.
