Variant Pricing Is Sent via API After the Variant Is Deleted from the Product

Overview

You may notice that pricing information for variants that were deleted from a product cluster in Manage is still being sent via API calls, and you want to have the variants removed or unlinked from the product.

Solution

Submit a request to Symphony Support including the Variant IDs that need to be removed.

Elevate the request to the PS team to get the variants unlinked from product clusters.
