Updating Return Label and Return Form

Overview

You may need to update the address on your return label and return form, which are generated automatically for all orders.


Solution

Submit a request to Symphony Support, providing the new address and any additional details that need to be changed on the return label and form.

  1. Elevate the brand's request to the PS team.
  2. Once the request is complete, generate a return label to test the change and send it to the requester as a proof.
