Incorrect Shipping Date Is Displayed for Customers

Overview

Estimated Shipment date is displayed in the past for an order on your brand's website. The issue is visible until the order is shipped.

Solution

Submit a request to Symphony Support to get this issue fixed, including the ID of the affected order and any additional details.

This issue may happen when the estimatedShippingDate is enabled but configured incorrectly.
