Overview
This article describes the process to follow to search for a customer's information in Symphony Manage.
Resolution
- Log in to Symphony Manage.
- Click the Menu icon (top left corner) to display the tabs, and navigate to Customer Service > Customers.
- In the search bar, enter the criteria for the search, as shown in the example below.
The below table contains two columns: Searchable Information and How to Search. The first describes the customer's information you can search in Symphony Manage, while the latter provides the searching criteria to be used, alongside with examples to guide you.
