Including Tracking Number In the Order Shipping Email

Overview

You may want to have a direct link to track order shipping included in the Order Shipped transactional emails.

Information

The link in the Order Shipped emails takes customers to the page that is generated based on the Order Id and hashed user email. This page retrieves the tracking number from the Symphony database.

Currently, there is no way to retrieve the tracking number without linking it to the order. Hence, this is currently considered as an enhancement by our Engineering team.
