Deactivating Your Website

Overview

You may need to shut down your front-end website hosted by Symphony.

Solution

Submit a request to Symphony Support, specifying when the site needs to be deactivated.

Elevate the case to the PS team to disable the brand's website.

Testing

Once the request is complete, try opening your website URL - it should be unavailable.
