Getting 504 Errors When Setting Up Dynamic Ads

Overview

You are trying to set up dynamic ads using Google Studio but you are getting 504 errors from Symphony when trying to load product images.

This issue may happen when you have a large number of product images and our server starts rejecting the calls due to a high number of requests.

Solution

This issue may be resolved if the calls to Symphony are by-passed. Submit a request to our Support team to get this issue resolved.
