Overview
You may notice that the data for your website displayed in Google Analytics is different from the data you have in Symphony, and you want to know what might have caused this issue.
Solution
Submit a request to Symphony Support, including a detailed description of the data you have in GA and the data that is different in Symphony.

Agents can perform an initial investigation to see if the user is pulling the data of the same type from Symphony, or another report needs to be retrieved to compare the correct data.
To investigate issues with Google Analytics, elevate the case to the PS team.
