Overview
You may want to create new, modify, disable, or clarify how existing Auto-Hold rules are set up for your brand. For example, rules to place on hold orders with bad or incomplete address, from specific states, or containing more promotional items than intended.
Solution
Submit a request to Symphony Support including the information about the rule you want to create or update.
