Date Range Filter: Order creation time

line item discount	discount per unit
total units (all kits broken out)	if kit then sum of units in the kit, else sum of units
total line item discounts	line item discount * units
line item margin	line item subtotal - (sku_cost*no_of_units)
total kit units	number of kits
total line item units	number of units in this line item
msrp	per unit msrp
price customers pays per unit	price of the unit before line item discount
line item subtotal	units * member price per unit
